My stay at Halais Hotel was truly exceptional, and I can't say enough good things about Hannah, the receptionist. She went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Not only was she incredibly cooperative and friendly, but she also provided me with valuable information about Hanoi city, which greatly enhanced my experience. The combination of excellent service and a knowledgeable staff member like Hannah makes Halais Hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Very Good
Location is very good, clean room and nice rooftop restaurant.
I was on the first floor and lobby is Highlands Coffeeshop. It was noisy to hear voices of people in the coffeeshop whole day.

What was the highlight of Halais Hotel
the first 3 nights was good.
the Location is perfect for us as its near the park, its not too crowded area compare to the hotels in the old city. It’s not far away from the center , about 3km, it cost less than £2 by taxi. we stayed the first 3 night on the 2nd floor, room 201 and 208 , the rooms are clean and good size, we were all very happy. then we decided to extend one more night, as the rooms we stayed were not available so we had to move to the family suite on the first floor (room 105) it was disappointing, very noisy, bathroom is old and the room is small and the cost was too expensive for that type of room. I wish I had seen the room before I made the decision. I will come back to stay but not the rooms on the first floor.
the Family room on the first floor is awful.
